When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Orders are usually delivered within 7-14 days after dispatch. Please check our Shipping page for the estimated delivery times according to your country.
Kindly note that deliveries to certain remote locations may take a few extra days.
Once I order something - what happens next?
You will receive an order confirmation per email as soon as you have placed your order. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
How do I track my order ?
We will send you a tracking number once your order is shipped out.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a dispatch notification by email as soon as your order has been shipped. The dispatch notification is sent to the email address registered when the order was placed. We usually ship all orders within 2 business days.

Can I change my order ?
If you wish to amend or cancel your order please contact us at poptoppingjewelry@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Please kindly note that as your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Can I edit my delivery address ?
Please note that you have the option to modify your delivery address by clicking on the link found at the bottom of your confirmation email, but only if your order has not yet been shipped.
How to do a return ?

I am missing an item from my order.
If you find that an item is missing from your order, please follow these steps:
Send an email to poptoppingjewelry@gmail.com.
Include your order number in the email.
Attach a photograph of the package you received, making sure to capture the shipping label in the picture.
Our team will promptly investigate the situation. We will check with our team and review CCTV footage to determine whether we can locate the missing item, or if it appears to have been lost or damaged during transit. This thorough investigation will help us address and resolve the issue swiftly to ensure you receive the missing item or an appropriate resolution.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can choose to pay with PayPal.
When selecting PayPal as payment option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log in' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to poptopping.com
How are refunds processed?
Once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account, you will receive a notification from PayPal. It may take around 5-10 business days for you to see the fund on your bank account.

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?
If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order.
Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

You have probably entered the wrong email address. Please contact our customer support team and describe the problem. Make sure to include your full name and the date the order was placed.
